With NO extra sugar or glucose added, NO rice extract or extra fibre such as physillium added, Top Nosh Foods' Nut Melange is a totally NATURAL product.

I personally enjoy the Nut Melange the most spread lightly on toasted sourdough bread onto which I've added the tang of some apple jelly!

Top Nosh Foods' Organic "Finnish Style" Porridge is a complex blend of wholegrain organic cereals.

This is not a 'one minute' porridge consisting of highly processed cereals. This is a wholegrain porridge. The cereal grains sourced to make this porridge contain the original bran, germ and endosperm of the mixed grains used.

We have sourced, what we consider to be, the best and most fresh organic cereal grains and have blended them into a unique Organic "Finnish Style" porridge.

It is a true 'slow food' mix. You should take the time to cook this porridge to properly release the complex flavours of the mixed cereal grains.

Top Nosh Foods' Organic "Finnish Style" Porridge is best if cooked slowly with water on the stove for some 10 minutes, or at least until you see a creamy consistency appearing. You can then add milk, cream, or whatever you wish to make this a truly delectable steaming porridge.

Alternatively, if you're truly in a rush, then place a serving of Top Nosh Foods' Organic "Finnish Style" Porridge into  a bowl cover with water and cook on high in the microwave for some 6 minutes. I would suggest that you cook it first for 3 minutes then take it out and stir it and if necessary add some more water before you cook it for another 3 minutes.
