Great Tasting Organic Muesli is a particular blend of organic whole grains and organic fruit! The proportions in which we have added the organic products and combined them into this natural muesli make the difference. We believe it is truly a wonderful organic recipe, not too sweet, but with enough sweetness to complement the various different whole grains.

We thought long and hard at Top Nosh Foods to create the tastiest organic cereal possible. We carefully blended the various grains in particular proportions so that you'd get a "particular" full bodied nutty taste and not that "cardboard" taste that many cereals offered to you in health food stores and in the supermarkets nowadays have. Sadly those products often titled 'health food' try to hide that 'cardboard taste'  with added sweeteners. So you really are just eating second rate grains covered in sugar!

We at Top Nosh Foods have used these particular whole grains for their individual taste and health benefits. The nutty taste of organic rolled Spelt, the 'wonder grain', together with the creamy texture and taste of organic rolled barley and organic rolled oats, which are filled with beta-glucans, the inclusion of the organic rolled rye, high in fibre and organic rolled triticale, high in protein, all add a more intense and distinct flavour and give an extra crunchy texture.

We then combined our special blend of whole grains with golden organic sultanas, juicy, plump but not overpoweringly sweet, sourced from an australian organic sultana grower, added to that creamy dried organic figs and moist, organic apricots and achieved a Great Tasting Organic Muesli, comparable to none. These organic products are truly the best and haven't been compromised.

It is the fact that Top-Nosh-Foods takes care to combine the ingredients in particular proportions and by hand which makes this Great Tasting Organic Muesli so very special.

One should also not ignore the particular benefits of walnuts and australian macadamias, let alone the health benefits of organic sunflower seeds.

I enjoy Great Tasting Organic Muesli in its natural state with milk, low fat milk or soy.

However, on a brisk morning I also enjoy Great Tasting Organic Muesli after it has been warmed with milk for some 40 seconds in the microwave. Take Care ... it can be hot!

The special blend of organic grains release their goodness into the milk and you have a creamy breakfast cereal with the flavours of the organic figs, sultanas and apricots enhanced by the warmth of the milk, with the walnuts and macadamias adding a depth unique to themselves  ... with each mouthful you get a burst of nutty flavour.

I can also recommend eating Great Tasting Organic Muesli with the fresh crunch of grated apple. This not only increases the fibre in your breakfast but the sweet, fresh apple is truly complementary.

For those of you with more of a sweet tooth, try adding a drizzle of honey to Great Tasting Organic Muesli and a natural style yoghurt ... I can honestly say, from my perspective, ... Absolute Heaven.

Did you know that Spelt is the 'wonder grain', a distant cousin of modern wheat, but with a different gluten structure making it more water soluble than modern wheat which makes it more easily digestible by those who are sensitive to wheat products.
