It really doesn't matter how
you like to enjoy your
morning muesli, with Blackberry
& Macadamia Muesli you'll
be guaranteed the best Blackberry
& Macadamia Muesli you've
ever eaten. More to the
point, it was Top Nosh Foods
who first developed the
concept of the blackberry
muesli, high in beneficial
antioxidants.
True home style, blended
with care and by hand and
with the consumer in mind.
No preservatives, no
artificial flavour
enhancers, no emulsifiers,
no maltodextrins. Taste and
goodness are the main
criterion for
Top-Nosh-Foods' cereals.
We take great care in the
process of drying the
berries to ensure that all
the essence of the berries
and their goodness are
maintained in the muesli
that is presented to you.
Real berries and lots of
them are incorporated into
this antioxidant rich
muesli.
Whether you enjoy your
muesli in it's natural style
or with extra fresh fruit, Blackberry
& Macadamia Muesli will
exceed all expectations.
I
personally choose to combine
the distinct flavour of this
muesli with a natural creamy
style yoghurt, which
complements but does not
detract from the distinct
flavour of the Blackberry
& Macadamia Muesli.
The Blackberry
& Macadamia Muesli can
however be enjoyed just on
it's own with milk, low fat
milk or soy.
Blackberries are tart,
slightly acidic berries.
The blending of berries with
macadamias and almonds gives
a combination of both tart
and creamy in one mouthful
and the addition of the
golden sultanas adds a
natural sweetness.
We have taken great care to
source the best organic
sultanas and are proud to
say that our Blackberry
& Macadamia Muesli
is totally
preservative free.
Blackberry & Macadamia
Muesli is a low gi
breakfast. 4 tablespoons (
half a metric cup) are all
you need for a complete
breakfast, one which will
keep you pleasantly full
till lunch time.
This
berry muesli is a very low
glycemic food. As you know,
low glycemic index foods
contain carbohydrates that
are digested and absorbed at
a relatively slow rate and
produce a lower rise in
blood glucose.
All Top Nosh Foods' Mueslis
have a low GI but the lowest
